Meet Chef Craig

Hello. I want to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Craig. I’m the Head Chef and resident whiskey geek at Traveler’s Craft Barbecue and Whiskey Bar. A couple of things you need to know about me. I’ve been a chef my whole adult life. So I’m going on 30, 32 years as a chef in and around Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, mostly in fine dining. I earned my sommelier certification back in 2000. Since then, I’ve really grown to appreciate and love whiskey. I’ve been to Kentucky, Tennessee, and Southern Indiana to learn all about whiskey, and I’m looking forward to sharing all of the knowledge and wisdom that I’ve learned. Not only is a chef through my delicious smoked meats and barbecue but also with our great selection of whiskey. So come see us. Cheers.
